My boiler did not ignite, they informed me an engineer woud call me, after over 50 hours and repeated phone calls from me still no call or visit from an engineer. I report my central heating breakdown on Sat at 8am and have followed it up with another 7 calls and I have still not heard from them to say when an engineer is going to call. I suffer with RA and have two small kids. They just dont seem to care and I found the staff most unhelpful. I am being forced into paying for an engineer to come out to get it repaired, but I will be cancelling my contract with them as from today. I will also be taking my case up with Trading Standards.
