If you want a plumber in an emergency do not use Reactfast. Their Guaranteed 2
hour service is definitely not guaranteed and once they have your credit card
details they really couldn't care.

Absouloutly brilliant, had a lad from Leeds called Michael Birds who was polite,
on time and kept me informed. Michael fixed the problem after dignosing the
problem then returning with the part. Would reccomend ReactFast, HomeAssist to
anyone Michael is a real asset to the company. Thank you

Terrible terrible service. Not only did the engineer who came out not fix
anything (in the three minutes he was there) but I got charged for nothing.
Later that afternoon another engineer came round from a different company and
they fixed the problem in 15 minutes.
To top it off, they then charged me for an
annual cover plan!!!! which I did not want or agree too and now I am finding it
really difficult to get my money back. I can't believe they charged my credit
card without my authority. They are an awful awful company. I have spoken to 5
people on the phone and now to get my money back I have to put it in writing,
via email is not enough so now I have to send a hard copy.....talk about making
it difficult. The battle goes. My advice is do not use this company. Use Pimlico
Plumbers instead they are honest and reliable and more importantly their
customer services are brilliant. Unlike react fast/ homeassist which just send

I totally agree with the previous review. They were so outrageously bad...three
visits and still not been able to fix a leak. Furthermore never came when they
said...basically just lied continuously. Awful company

do not use this company - they will keep you waiting days for an engineer then
try blame you. Staff ill informed, rude, unhelpful. Tell you that you owe
premiums when you don't.. oh.. I could go on forever
