Your current emergency will be covered up to the value of £500 (including VAT) for call out fees, parts and labour.

14 days after your membership start date your cover will increase providing you with cover for all call out fees, parts and labour up to the value of £1,000 (including VAT) for every emergency (excluding heating).

You will benefit from:

    * will only send E.ON CORGI registered engineers, so you know you can trust them.
    * will carry out an initial inspection to make sure your central heating and boiler are working safely and efficiently.
    * will carry out an annual safety check, send you a reminder and do it when it suits you.
    * will include parts and labour so you don't get any financial surprises.
    * Unlimited call-outs for breakdown repairs and emergencies during the year.
    * A replacement boiler if yours can’t be repaired.*

Central Heating Care only - Breakdown repairs:

Option 1: breakdown repairs to boilers and system fully inclusive within the annual fee.
Option 2: breakdown repairs to boilers and system at a fixed price of £50.00 (including VAT) for each completed repair. The £50.00 fixed price is in
addition to the annual fee.

• In the first year we will usually carry out the annual safety and maintenance inspection during the initial inspection.
• The cost of accessing your system, such as reaching hidden pipework, up to £1,000.
• We may use alternative parts with similar functional performance, including parts that have been reconditioned by the original manufacturer
• A new boiler, including installation, but excluding any other upgrades required by regulations or requested by you. To qualify for a new boiler, your existing boiler must be assessed by us to be:
– less than seven years old, and
– Not repairable, or would cost more to repair than to replace.
• A 5% discount off our full installation price for a new boiler if:

– our engineer assesses your existing boiler to be not repairable and seven years old or older, or– you want to replace your boiler for any reason at any time.

If your contract includes an initial repair, this includes the cost of call out, labour and up to 3 parts.
